My welcome on the Thursday evening by Pete and his staff was excellent. My 16 year old Blue Merle Border Collie Bleu was treated like a King by Pete. 2 dog beds, fresh water, lots of meat treats. The pub was beautiful, lively beautiful open fires and the food was excellent, I had the Aubergine dish.

Lovely old coaching inn situated on the village green. Bedroom clean and comfortable. Great atmosphere in the large dining area with lovely open fire and very good food and service. Staff warm and friendly
